Introduction
The shop Ximen Taiwanese Meatball Soup came into existence in 1945 and is now approximately 68 years of age, old enough to be a grandmother. The owner here once only peddled his meatballs with his carrying pole, and it was only later that he rented the space on the intersection of Jixian Street and Yungxing Street to open his shop.
